As normal practice Lincmaster studied the problem of attack on containers. The result of their efforts was the introduction of the Container Lok system.

Two Multi-Purpose loks are welded to the doors of the container. Initially a bar, predrilled to accept the locking pins of the Multi-Purpose Loks, was used between the two locks. The system found good initial sucess. However, to show that all the good ideas do not all come from Lincmaster some of their customers found that if they replaced the bar by two metal pipes of differing diameters, one in side the other, then this has greater resistance to attack by powered cutters.
